Preceptors at the Mathematics department are teaching, developing and supporting
sections of calculus related courses. The activities of the preceptor
group include also teacher training, hiring and training course
assistants, websupport, microteaching, sectioning and advising,
the question center, the teacher seminar. Most preceptors teach also
Mathematics in the
Harvard extension school
or its Masters program
as well as in the Harvard summer school.
